The Independence Day

We are as an Indonesian always celebrate Independence Day on August 17^th . There are some wonderful events in celebrating Independence Day in my country. From children until the eldest also celebrate Independence Day. This as a form of gratitude and proud to the heroes who have fought.

In the morning, we start to national ceremony. Everyone follow national ceremony. Maybe in their school, office, or in housing. Moment that the most eagerly awaited is flying “Sang Merah Putih”. It feels proud to see it fly.

At noon, there are many interesting games is held in that day. Everyone is racing to get a champion. Games are held such as race eating crackers, run using sacks, brisk while biting spoon in contents marbles and climb areca tree that already grease with oil. There are still many games, but I can not mention it one by one.

Beside games, many parades also held in Independence Day. Usually they walk and wear clothes from all regions in Indonesia. They sing national and region’s song. Most are students who follow the parade.

Those are interesting events when celebrate Independence Day in my country. We are proud as an Indonesian. We never forget with all services of the heroes. We will continue to build Indonesia for more advanced.

Playing Foursquare or Getglue

Nowadays, many kinds of game online which create with interesting way such as give some real gifts that we earn. As we know, many users in the world play that game. There are so many games online which can be chosen. Two famous games online that many people in this universe play today are Foursquare and Getglue. Foursquare and Getglue are totally different. Like 10 categories such as Tv show, movie, artist and music. After that, like and check-in to some categories that whatever you want. Write a shout to get more points. If you are lucky, you can earn sticker. The icon of Getglue is a white bottle of glue that have G symbol in blue and the background color is blue. You can have the real copies of stickers if Getglue reminds you to request the real copies. The real copies of stickers will come to your house.

These are the differences between Foursquare and Getglue. It does not matter what game that you want to play, you can play both of them in the same time. They have some bonus that you can earn. In short, the purpose of these games is to make your life more brightness and fun.

Mixing Omelette

Noodles are the most food that consume by people because it is easy to cook. Actually noodles can be innovated to be more delicious and interesting. For example, noodles can mix with sausage, cheese, meatballs, can be pasta or spaghetti. One of interesting ways is cook mixing omelette.

Now, let us try to make mixing omelette. First, prepare all of the ingredients. The ingredients are two packs of noodles, three eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, butter, sausage and meatballs. Then, the equipments are a knife, a flat frying pan, a bowl, a frying pan, spoon, fork, plate, frying spoon and chopping board.

Second is the steps. Boiled the water for cooking the noodles. While you cook the noodles, mix the eggs with noodle’s spices and stir it. After the noodles cooked, mix it with egg mixture and spices and stir it. Slice meatballs and sausage, then mix it into the mixture. Heat a flat frying pan with butter. Then put the mixture into it. While waiting omelette cooked, shredded the cheese on the omelette. Wait for a minute until the omelette cooked.

Third, put the omelette to the plate. Serve it with celery and slice the omelette. The omelette is ready to eat. Delicious !

Beautiful Hometown

I am very glad to recommend my hometown to you. You must visit my hometown, Padang. Padang is located in West Sumatera, Indonesia. There are so many objects to visit here. Many tourists from different country have come to Padang. Several from them are also married with the indigenous people here and live here.

Padang is very famous with some beautiful beaches and islands. The tourists like surfing at some beaches here. One of them is Padang beach, located in the center of Padang. The waves in the Padang beach are great for surfing. The Air Manis beach is also beautiful. There is a stone of Malin Kundang legend. There are also two islands that close to the beach, the Pisang Gadang Island and the Pisang Ketek Island. When the tide recedes, we can cross to the Pisang Ketek island on foot from the edge of the Air Manis Beach. The weather in Padang is hot and it is good for someone who wants to tan their skin in the beach.

Padang also has many restaurants that serve any kind of food originally from Padang. If you like a seafood one, you should try eat at a restaurant near the beach. There are various kinds of food derived from the sea such as fish, crabs, shrimp, and scallops. They serve fried and baked foods. Those foods are more delicious if you eat at night.

At noon, I suggest you to drink the durian ice. It makes you fresher. You need to drink a cold one at noon, because the weather here is so hot. The delicious durian ice is located in Pondok street. If you do not like the durian ice, you can try The Seaweed ice, The Cendol ice, The Tebak ice and The Ampiang Dadiah ice. Usually, if you drink Durian ice, they also provide a variety of food such as gado-gado; Indonesian salad, satay, and pempek; a spesific food from Palembang.

You can also buy souvenirs from typicall of Padang. You can buy a specific snack from Padang as your souvenirs or you can buy bengkoang fruit, it is the sign of Padang. There are so many shops that sell souvenirs from Padang. You can also bring Rendang as your souvenirs , it is a specific food from Padang.

If you are confused about transportation to take you to the place that you want, you can take the cabs. The cabs in Padang are so unique. They design the cabs with a great stickers, a good sound system and also a good color inside the car. It costs only Rp 2.000. It is quite cheap, right? You should visit my hometown as soon as possible. You will feel the beauty of nature here. Enjoy my hometown !
